Rose Garden is a gated, independent senior living
community. Our residents enjoy a secure, tranquil environment close to
shopping and transportation. Individuals must be 55 years or better. The
spacious clubhouse provides the setting for daily social activities
such as potlucks, games, parties and bingo. Management provides
refreshments for seasonal holiday get-togethers.

among the trees. We have both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments,
upstairs and down, as well as ground floor cottages.
The complex is nestled in an urban forest of mature
trees that provide shade for tenants as well a home for a multitude of
birds and the occasional squirrel. Our Signature Rose Garden contains a
variety of gorgeous blooms, with paths between between them inviting you
to enter and breath in their fragrances close up.
Rose garden is pet friendly, and many of our residents
can be seen at all times of day walking their furry companions in the
large courtyard near the clubhouse.

Our newest phase of apartments fronts on Alamo Drive and is just steps from shopping, restaurants, and bus routes leading all over town. Two separate laundry rooms are conveniently located centrally in the complex, and are available around the clock for residents' use.
Covered parking is available for all tenants. Apartments
are unfurnished and come with fully applianced kitchens and generous
closet space. Two laundry facilities are centrally located for your
convenience. Section 8 is welcome. Ask about our move-in special. Please
